When using certain MOGRTs, when I import them into the timeline, i get an error saying that I need after Effects installed.  I have After Effects installed.  I installed AE beta and still get the same error.

Hey @J-TIZZO

Sorry you're running into issues. Some questions for you so I can help diagnose what is happening:

  1. What Operating system and version number are you using?
  2. What version and build of Premiere Pro beta are you using?
  3. Does the problem happen with any release versions Premiere? (Please let me know which version and build of Premiere you try).
  4. Does the problem persist if you open the mogrt in After Effects (Beta), and export a new version via the Essential Graphics panel?

Thanks,

Theresa

LATEST

Hi, i hope it's okay to jump in.
I'm having the same trouble. It's the latest beta, 24.4.0. build 1 and it works well on the release version.
I wanted to use a free graphic template from stock so i cannot open and resave it.
I'm using MacOS, Sonora.
