My adobe premiere beta version is not doing an automatic transcript. The following message appears on the "Transcribe" button: Receved Bad network Response. what should I do?

Thank you for reporting this issue. There have been recent changes around the handling of expired trail accounts, where the service now enforces a shorter grace period (in line with the desktop clients). Can you help us which license type you are currently using, to investigate this more? (Trail / Creative Cloud All Apps / Premiere Pro single app) Best regards,  Alexander

There are cases where your login in the Creative Cloud Desktop App expires and requires you to log-out and back in again. This should fix connection problems to all cloud based services. 

 

Please let us know if this fixed the error message.

I am on All Apps by the way. And I was an early adopter in the transcription service (which I suspect is the issue).

My automatic transcript works but creating caption from the script hangs up.

see me screen this is my secon day searching for answer I will appreciate any suggestion
