New to Speech to Text: Not Working

Hello, I was "accepted" into the early access program for speech to text. However, after downloading (and restarting), when I click the transcription button . . . it says "Speech to Text is coming soon" and then gives me a hyperlink to join the early access program. 

I already did join... how do I get this to work???

Make sure the email address you signed up with is what your are signing into Creative Cloud with.

Try logging out and back into Creative cloud app.

Start with a fresh project to make sure it's working before updating an older project.
