No Output using Blackmagic UltraStudio Monitor 3G

Even though it's selected as an output in the preferences, I don't see anything on my output monitor.  Premiere Pro Beta 24.1.0 Build 59

Output works perfectly fine on the standard current release version of Premiere Pro (24.0.0 Build 58)

I've confirmed that my BlackMagic UltraStudio works great, in both 24.0 shipping, and 24.1 beta.

Only 'hiccup': PPro 24.0 did not produce output, while I still had PPro 24.1 Beta running, connected to the same hardware. That's fair. 🙂

Does Blackmagic Media Express continue to work correctly, on that system?

I've tried everything.  Restarted my computer (iMac 2019 Intel i9), I reset the preferences, shut down my computer, and tried it again.  Nothing in the Beta 24.1 version but I can see it on the shipping 24.0 version just fine.  I can see my monitor in ANY video editing platform including Blackmagic Media Express.  I'd like to be able to use the beta version as there are features I've been dreaming of or waiting for that I'd really like to use.

Hrrmmmnnn...

The same BMD transmit plug-in should work fine on both MacIntel and ARM hosts; my testing was on an M2 laptop.

Sorry for the semi-pedantic question, but confirming: The ONLY application in which you CAN'T see output through your BMD device, is PPro 24.1 beta?

That's correct.  Only the latest beta 24.1.0 Build 59.

What files do you see, in your system's /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0 directory?

[Note: That's the system's root /Library, not your user account's ~/Library...]

Cool, the Transmit plug-in is installed.
What do your PPro --> Preferences --> Playback look like?

Ok....  This is an odd behavior.  First, I uninstalled it on my laptop.  Then I moved over to my iMac that I recently rebuilt from a hard drive failure so that means it is a clean system (no plugins except FXFactory) and installed the Beta app on it.  After setting it up, it works fine now.  So I went back to my MacBook Pro, reinstalled the Beta app, connected the media drive and Blackmagic UltraStudio 3G ouput, set up Premiere to output through it and it's now working.  I know it's beta software so something in line must have fixed it but updating the software probably isn't a good idea with beta releases.  All-in-all, we're good now!  Thanks for all your help!
