Premiere Pro beta freezes for 1 second at every Cut and when i move something on Monitor

Steps to reproduce:
    1. I just open premiere and the timeline freeze on windows 11 everytime i make a cute or i move the clip on the Monitor
 

Expected: No freeze and a stable program

    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v22.4.0.37
