Premiere Pro beta release - worried about a course I am running March - May

I am currently recording tutorial videos for a course in Premiere Pro to be run from March to May at a community college.  I will need to be prepared for when the beta release comes out, so I can show the new features and new-look timeline etc.

I know that you guys cannot tell exactly when the beta will be released, so this is my question...

In your experience, would it be wise for me (because it is likely to be released during this time) to record the tutorials twice, one with Prem Pro 2024 and once with the new beta version if my course is running between March and May of this year?  Or would it be wiser for me to record the current tutorials in the stable version and wait for the bugs to be fixed?
