I saw that this feature was in the list for 24.0 but it has disappeared from the What's New list. Has it now been dropped? I had actually done some benchmarking on it and it looked like a good improvement but the 24.0 Beta now seems to run at the same speed as 23.5. Here is the previous text from the what's new.
Reducing Warp Stabilizer Effect Analysis time by Processing Multiple Frames for Feature Point finding IN DEVELOPMENT
To expedite this process, we propose a method that efficiently processes multiple frames simultaneously to detect feature points, reducing analysis time while maintaining accurate stabilization results.
@Peter_McC thanks for asking! This is a feature we're working on - and I'm delighted that you'd had good experience with it - but it accidentally bypassed some of our usual process for releasing features into beta. We're working on those now, so expect to see the beta feature come back. I don't have a date yet for that.
Regards,
Fergus
Hey @Peter_McC just wanted to let you know that optimization is now available in the beta build, and it will also be included in the upcoming stable build.
