After updating to the newest Beta version of Premiere (24.4.0 Build 44), the scroll bar in the program monitor has disappeared.

So I can zoom in on the video, but I can´t scroll through different sections.

I have attached an image of the issue.

I tried the other version (non Beta) which I have also installed and it works fine there, so the issue is connected to the Beta version.

Thanks for the reply. I can do it by pressing H and selecting the hand tool, yet using the wheel button of the mouse does not seem to work. I can see that a tiny hand appears but I can´t do anythign with it.

I think it's a good thing they got rid of them when zoom is set to Fit because it took up space for no reason. But when the canvas is outside of the visible window the scroll bar should automatically appear again imo. That way it makes you aware that you're not looking at the full image which is practical.

If there isn't any incentive to do that, better have them off than on.
