Unable to open any project files on Premiere Pro Beta v15.2.0.23

Hi, my newly updated premiere pro beta cannot open any project files (even a newly created blank project file). The software crashes almost instantly when I open a project file.

reset the preferences, if it does not work, share your system specs please...
