Vertical to horizontal in Premiere - generative fill ?

Is there any way to fill the rest of the screen in video when i change vertical video to horizontal ? 

I know - i can use photoshop still extend fill but directly in Premiere ?

No 😞 but creating matching video information with ai would be a feature I'd use all the time!
