Access to Beta version to do speech

Good morning, I would like access to your Beta software for doing Speech to Text.  I am a Project Manager & have some training videos that Ineed to transcribe.  I will be using your other software packages to delop training PDFs with short clips along with text desxcribing highlights of the video.  I am using the evaluation license now but will purchase but need to ensure the Speech to Text can be used.  If you can allow me to use this feature over nect few week I would appreciate.

There should be a link to a request form in the text panel of the Premiere beta. Have you tried that?
