Home Window Missing on Start Up

Instead of the usual Home window, it is just a blank screen.

I can still open projects. Just the window is not showing up.

Sorry about that. This issue is still being worked on. It will still occur on Windows. We hope to have this fixed soon. It is being tracked under DVAPR-4224928.
