howdy, I've been part of the beta transcription/captions program. and, today, when I go to transcribe a sequence...it indicates that it "unable to connect to cloud service."
is it a glitch for today, etc, or is this a permanent halt?
The transcription program is still up and running - please make sure you are still logged into your creative cloud account in the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Signing out and back in will make sure you are fully authenticated.

I'm not able to get the transcribe button active.

The "Transcribe" button is greyed out. I have my audio input connected. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm using a webcam's microphone.
