I hope you can see in video provided, issue is much more apparent with a laptop. I thnk its because its shifting between intel and Nvidia GPU all the time, but I may be wrong. Nonetheless, the flicker on screen happens when making adjustments to color wheel and lumetri scope is visible. if you change tabs from scopes to something else, the flicker goes away. This is true whether Premiere pro or Beta. the flicker only happens in Lumetri Scope window in PC, not to entire screen.
