Premieree Beta - items on the timeline blocked can't move them

I am working with adobe Preiere Beta now.
Sometimes I noticed that the content of the timeline is blocked - i cant move objects or add new clips - the crossed circle appears as a cursor.
How to solve it please?

I had this issue a few builds back, make sure you're on the latest build of the beta!
