Unable to create new or open existing project (Premiere - Beta)

For the past 6 weeks I've had complete success with Premiere Pro (Beta) – but for the past 4 days, I've been unable to create a new project and open an existing one. I get the rainbow circle of death. I'm using a M1 Mini. Anyone else have this problem + possible solutions?? Gratitude, Myles

Also, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Beta and this error is still happening

Hi @mylesg54585209 I'm sorry that's happening. So, when you launch Premiere Pro do you get to the Welcome screen?
