2 Bugs I noticed with The Audio Transcription - Remove Pauses Feature!

1. Oftentimes with the "remove the pauses" feature, no matter what I set the minimum pause length to, it almost always removes some important dialogue. So I was wondering if there is a threshold setting somewhere that I can adjust. 

2. Has there been any updates yet that will allow me to remove pauses only from the selected audio clip without affecting all the other clips on the time timeline? 

*Locking all the other tracks still won't prevent the other clips on the same track from being affected.

There have been other reports of too much being deleted with the pause deletion. And I don't think that the pause duration setting has any effect.

I don't recall any discussion of affecting other clips. I'll try to take a look at this.
