Adobe Premiere audio issue

I were doing my work on Adobe Premiere,but after i an accidently touched timeline and after that i'm not available to hear something from adobe premiere,i can see sound waves of work,but cant hear

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We need a few more details to try to help with the issue. Please see, How do I write a bug report?

To clarify, you can see the the audio levels move with playback, but you cannot hear anything? Could you share a screenshot of your timeline and of your hardware preferences in Settings > Audio Hardware?
