I have a Mac M2, Ventura 13.3 using Premiere Pro (23.3) and After Effects (23.3). Any MOGRT template I make in AE or download from stock sites will not work in Premiere Pro on a Mac, though those same MOGRTs work on a Windows machine when dropped into Premiere Pro.
Also, although my Mac won't open the AE project file for the mogrts, my PC will. I tried using my PC to update and save new files and make new mogrt templates, etc... and rexporting doesn't work.
I also contacted Adobe through chat, and did remote desktop assistance with them for hours. They finally told me to contact the stock file site and designer. I don't agree if any AE Mogrt I make doesn't work in PP. There are some random mogrts in PP that come free with the software that still work and some that don't, but any that I've downloaded form stock sites or made myself aren't working. Please help!
