All video and thumbnail viewers go black after a while

I'm editing with UHD Sony FX9 AVCX MXF files, and Sony FX3 MP4 HEVC encoded files with S-Log3/S-Gamut3.Cine Color Space. I edit in HD 1080p50 Sequence with Rec.709 Color space. For selecting shots I use the thumbnail function in the Project window to easely hover over the thumbnails to see a small preview of the video content. I dubbel-click to open in source window, set my in and out points, and with Insert/Overwrite I set it in my timeline. 

But after some editing, playing, stopping, hovering and scrubbing through material, suddenly when I hit spacebar to play the program screen gets black, while playback continues. Interface and all audio is working fine, but all videoscreens and thumbnails (hovering over them) will turn black, and stay black when I want to playback video. Even graphic files (JPG, PNG, ...) are shown black. It seems that the video render engine has stopped completely and only gives black output to Premiere Pro which is shown on all video screens and thumbnail previews in Premiere Pro. 

A restart of Premiere Pro solves the problem, but after 5 to 10 minutes it occurs again on another random point. It seems it happens mostly with preview/playback of my Sony footage. Below some specs of my computer and versions. I have this problem for a long time with all latest versions of Premiere Pro (since CC2023) with several latest versions of video and audio drivers. Even on an older different computer this same issue occured since CC2023 versions of Premiere Pro. When I started to work with my latest setup (1 year ago), completaly clean install, these blackscreen issues quickly started to occur again. Afters several updates no improvemend. The machine handles all footage easely, fast response, but still suddenly Premiere playback engine starts viewing only black video.

Premiere Pro 24.3.0 (Build 59)

Windows 11 (10.0.22631 Build 22631)

Processor 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900K with UHD Graphics 770 (driver 31.0.101.4577)

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070Ti (Studio driver 522.22 clean installed)

64GB DDR5 RAM @6200MHz

Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX mainboard.

Blackmagic DeckLink 4K Extreme (driver 12.7.1) for HD SDI output (disabeling output in Premiere Pro does not change anything).

One addition: it seems to have something to do with the thumbnail hover function in combination with the Sony FX9/FX3 footage. When the Project Window and all bin windows are in list mode, the issue does not seem to occur (or at least not as fast as with thumbnail view on in one of the bin panels).
