artifacts on text using stroke in essential graphics

The stroke effect is causing "spikes" on my stroke effect. 

Works fine in photoshop so it's not an issue with the font itself

Premiere Pro 2024

Hey @DJ175514476pz8,

This is an appearance on the stroke. You can change this in the Appearance section by selecting the wrench. Then change the Line join from Miter to Round

If you want to set the preference to something other than Miter, you can in Preferences > Graphics.
