I also have audio problems with Premiere V 23.2. When I apply audio transitions or any audio effects on my audio clips I get terrible crackling sounds. BUT while Iam editing in the timeline everything sounds perfectly fine! I am exporting in differnt formats etc... but can't get rid of this issue. Especially with transistions. it's almost at the in and out point of the transition. But then I did volume fades manually. But then even had a situation where the edited music just cuts off. It gets quiter and then suddenly just drops. Only after I export. In my timeline it's perfectly fine. I really need help or get this bug fixed soon. I'm loosing so much time with testing and exporting differnt versions milloin times.
