Audio issues since last two updates

Ever since the last two updates I have been having issues with audio. Getting erros of "audio can't be read quickly enough" and also audio will go mute, making me exit out of premiere pro and opening it up again. It is making it almost impossible to edit this way. And i know it's not my computer or the audio files.

Try clearing your media cache (Premiere Pro > Preferences > Media Cache > Delete Unused), and turn off hardware-accelerated decoding under Preferences > Media. Also, switching your renderer to "Software Only" in Project Settings can help. If nothing works, rolling back to an older version might be your best bet for now or contact the support
