Audio not importing with recent update. 25.5.0 Build 13

Hello Friends, 

When I import a .mp4 video file into my project and place it on the time line the audio doesnot come with the video.  If I double click on the file it will open in the preview window and I can play it with the audio.   If I try and place it in the time line the audio will still not come in.  I tried the clip in my 24.0 version of Premiere and didnt have a problem with the video clip with the audio loading on the time line.  Any suggestions?
