Whenever i want to transcribe something it just doesnt do anything not any error, not any screen nothing at all, just blank.

I have connected with adobe support countless time but they couldnt help me too

further more their remote control app doesnt work on Mac's new version too

I am very disappointed, literally had to learn davinci and switch to it even though I was more comfortable with premiere.

My Specs:

Mac Mini M4 base

Platform - Mac 15.2

Text>Transcribe> Nothing happens after that

expected - Transcribe text

Result - no error, nothing at all

Do you have the same result when transcribing from the clip directly rather than the sequence?  Are you able to provide a sample file for us to test with?

My premiere version is 25.1

CPU - M4

RAM - 16gb

Hard Drive - External (Connected through Thunderbolt)

Video Format - .mov , .mp4

Workflow Details - Not Multicam , Normal footage , default config

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on video

2. Go To text panel

3. Click on transcribe

(nothing happens, a small loading screen for 0.2-0.5 seconds and then it fades away)

Expected Result - Transcription of text

Actual Result - No transcription of text
