Constant Premiere Pro Crashes

I'm running out of steam and desperate for help as this is starting to impact my ability to make a living.  Premiere Pro crashes for me roughly 5-10 times a day and I continue to receive BSODs but not sure what else to do at this point.

Within in the software, I've already:

  • removed/installed latest version
  • cleaned up cache
  • reset preferences
  • updated all NVIDIA drivers
  • made sure all windows updates are in place
  • un-installed/re-installed clean version of Windows 11

Here's the specs of my machine:

  • i7 13700K
  • 64GB ram (DDR5 4800)
  • RTX 3080 (running studio driver 536.99)
  • Crucial P3 internal SSDs (even though I edit from external Samsung T7 drives typically)

Here's the debugger from the latest dump file since I can't attach it directly:

Hi @rferguson79, sorry to hear what you are experiencing. When it crashes, do you get a dialog to submit your crash to Adobe? If so can you please include your email in the email field and let me know which email that is? I can then search our database for it and maybe learn more from your crash log. Feel free to DM me here on the forums.

Hi @rferguson79 ,

Sorry for the problem. Was this resolved in the latest builds ? Can you try updating to the latest Nvidia drivers?

Thanks,
Mayjain
