Couldn't batch attach proxies in Premiere 24.2.1

As the title says, I'm finding difficulties in attaching proxies in premiere.

My workflow is: receive rushes the night, create proxies inside premiere with media encoder, leave it for the night, sync using pluraleyes next morning.

The problem is that the synced media is not attached to the proxies and pluraleyes have this issue that it duplicates files inside of premiere project and creates a new sequence with synced media, but these media are not attached to the proxies. (Properties of both source and duplicate clips are down below)

When I try to attach the duplicate media to the proxies, premiere can't detect and relink others automatically.

I've used different Match Files Properties inside of media browser (File name, Media start, File extension and Tape name) but nothing seems to work.

I've also tried to consolidate duplicates hoping that premiere will keep the linked media but nothing gets consolidated since the source is used in the sequence that I've used to send to pluraleyes and the duplicates are used in the synced sequence.

I know I messed up when I started by creating the proxies before syncing since pluraleyes is known for making duplicates.

Right now as I'm checking the sync result from pluraleyes, I manually replace every clip in the sync sequence (the duplicates that don't have proxies attached) with the source clips from the bin (the ones that have the proxies attaches)

Any workaround is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Useful info:
- Proxies are the same name as the clips with _Proxy suffix
- Source clips are MXF but proxies are MOV
- Proxies are on a separate hard drive
- I don't use the same file tree for proxies as for the source clips
- Source clips are : Day_01 > A001 > A001C001.MXF
And Day_01 > B001 > B001C001.MXF
- Proxies are : Day_01 > A001C001_Proxy.MOV , B001C001_Proxy.MOV

I think that's the result of a PPro pref.

In the Media Browser 'hamburger' menu (three horizontal lines), you'll find "Allow Duplicate Media During Project Import"; is it enabled? If so, do you not get dupes, if you disable it before running PluralEyes?
