Crash on launch, doesnt even load

This is all I see,there is no bug report or anything. My pc specs are: 32gb d4 ram,ryzen 5 3600,rt 6950xt.Tried previous versions,same issue, restarted multiple times,searched on youtube for fixes but nothing works.

Also want to add that I upgraded from a rtx 2060 to rt 6950 xt, was working fine before, but now it wont start at all. Already uninstalled all previous gpu drivers and got new ones.
