When I'm editing and using a second monitor as a full screen preview through Transmit Device Playback, Premiere's dialogue boxes should not appear on the monitor using Transmit. This has been a problem for years requiring me to force quit Premiere when I can't use keyboard cues like "Enter" or "Esc" to close the hidden box.

Premiere's behavior is those pop up on the main system monitor. Which  would indicate you move the Premiere main window to a second monitor, and that would get this.

Which is why one normally runs the Transmit Out to a secodary monitor. And yea, it would be very nice if Premiere's use of monitors was brought forward from 1996. Sigh.
