After a few hours of working on a project in Premiere Pro, suddenly the time it takes to open the export screen becomes super slow, compared to what is normally a virtually instant step of clicking 'Export' to enter export mode. The actual export time itself is not affected!! Just entering the export screen takes about 1 minute! To fix the issue, I restart Premiere Pro, but after some time it comes back again requiring another restart. I have a powerful high-spec M1 Macbook Pro laptop (with the latest OS) with ample memory and super-fast SSD drives and always run the latest version of Premiere Pro. This issue has been happening for the last six months during which I have updated the Mac OS and Premiere Pro version a few times.
