Error al poner 2 transformar

Cuando aplicó 2 transformar el de abajo puedo usar posición y escala normal pero al usar posición con el transformar de abajo no me permite mover arriba y izquierda por completo y al usar escala se agranda de manera diagonal y no en el centro como tiene que ser

Thank you for reporting a problem. What version of Premiere Pro are you on and are the anchor points changed at all? Could you clarify what happens when you try to move the the position values in the second Transform effect? (eg. Is the frame getting stuck and not moving?)

As a potential workaround in the meantime, can you use one Transform effect paired with changes under the Motion settings or add the second Transform effect with an adjustment layer?

uso adobe premiere 2023 y ya use una capa de ajuste y funciono pero ¿porque sucede eso?
