Error when exporting sequence with the Push Effect on Adobe Premiere Pro 2025.2.3 and above

Environment:
Workstation Dell T5810
SO: Windows 10 22H2 OS Build 19045.6456
Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v4 @ 3.60GHz [6 core(s) x86_64]
Memory 32GB
GPU Nvidia Quadro M5000

 

Steps to reproduce – A numbered list of the exact steps needed to reproduce the problem. 
1 Create a sequence and insert clips on it
2 Add push effect in a transition between clips
3 export the timeline to XDCAM HD 422 29.97

Expected result – What should happen after completing the last step.
Timeline exported successfuly without any issues

Actual result – What actually occurred after the previous step
Error during export. It occurs when exporting through Media Encoder or Premiere Pro itself 

Screen recording – If you think it might be helpful, include a recording of your screen, showing the issue.  

Adobe Premiere Pro version – Adobe Premiere 2025.2.3 and Above

Operating system – Specify Windows or macOS, along with the version
Windows 10 22H2 OS Build 19045.6456

GPU driver version (Windows only) – If you're on Windows, please let us know what version of the video card (GPU) driver you are using.
Nvidia Quadro M5000 with driver versions listed below

All of them presented the issue. 

Video format – If your issue is related to video playback or export, please let us know what format the video is in. Ideally, share with us a sample video.

Comparative information helps us understand more about when the issue occurs:
Dell 5810 - GPU Nvidia Quadro M5000 - Problem happens and can be reproduced by exporting timelines with push effect.
Dell 5820 - GPU Nvidia Quadro P5000 - There is no problem

Does it affect all projects or only some projects? 
All Projects

Does it affect new projects? 
Yes

When did the problem begin?
The problem began with Premiere Pro 2025 on the Dell 5810 Workstations

Welcome to the Premiere Pro Forum community. Thank you for taking the time to report a problem. Is this only happening with the push effect? Have any other applied effects been appropriately exported? Have you already cleared the media cache or reset user settings? And what version of Premiere Pro are you currently using? You mentioned 25.2.3 and up I am trying to reproduce this in 25.5 with no issues. If you could share a .prproj file, we could look at that. Also,

Also, sending screenshots of the full export settings would be helpful.
