I'm having serious problems exporting my project to h264. Since I upgraded my machine, I can't finish any project, it closes before exporting. I tried to contact Adobe and they didn't answer me. My new machine is an i9, 4070TI, Windows 11.
Hello, it seems that my problem has been solved. After doing a lot of research, I saw that the new generation of i9 processors can cause this type of problem. I updated the BIOS, and so far there have been no more crashes.

Hi @Vieira Aracatuba , When you get that message if you enter your email can search fro the crash report. I'm not seeing any associated with your email, but if you use a different one please DM me and I can take a look. With out all the info from the bug report there isn't much we can do. Please see, How do I write a bug report? and let me know if you use a different email for Premiere. Best, Rach

Hi, yesterday when this crash report appeared, I entered the same email address as the Adobe account, vieira170@hotmail.com. The message I wrote was exactly the same as the one I posted here on the forum. That was yesterday or the day before.
Hi, good morning. It happened again, every time I go to export, but this time I saved the report file, it has the extension .dmp. How can I send it to you?
