File's Audio Import Issue

I have encountered this issue for a couple times and it's literally annoying. The issue is about, timeline. When I upload a video and then drag it to the timeline, sometimes I can't drag the audio while the video itself uploads and vise versa. And I'm dragging both, not just one element so I'm sure it isn't because I'm just dragging the video or vv. Can you help me?

Welcome to the Premiere Pro Forum community. Thank you for taking the time to report a problem. Make sure you have an Audio track selected. In the screengrab, I see the A1 is not highlighted. If you click on that and see it change color, then you should be able to drag the clip in and have the audio attached to it. Give it a try, and let me know if that works.
