Okay I believed that I just got a auto massage that told me to be more specific about this probelm. 🙂
First to all, dear empolyees I am Carter, and this is all I want to show you how I manage to found this bug.
Second, I am not a native speaker, therefore please forgive my grammer or else.
Last but not least, at this time I am not expeccing a immediate fix, I think it's impossible, because there is much more problem in premiere pro. 🙂
Here is my PC and Monitor
Pr Version: 24.4.1
Platform: Windows11 (Version:22H2 with lastest update)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce2060 Super
Driver: Nvidia Geforce Experience Game Ready version 555.99
Ram: 16GB
Monitor1:ASUS VG27QAL1A 2560x1440 144.01Hz (HDR supported)
Monitor2:ASUS VP247 1920x1080 60Hz (HDR NOT supported)
HDR Settings: Default expect some modify from "Windows HDR Calibration"
(Don't Tell me to provide setting Detail, there is only On/Off in System panel)
Premiere Setting on HDR:
Ok I think I provide ENOUGH INFORMATION. (or I thought)
Let's get into how to Cause this Problem
Step1. Trun on HDR in system.
Step2. Open Premiere pro
Step3. Import any Media.
Step4. Drag it into timeline
Step5. Sit on the chair and WATCH YOUR MONITOR TURNS ALL BLACK EVERY SINGLE MOVE
Here is a Video that well Explain What Happen
Step6. Try to Record that with Nvidia Shadow replay
Step7. Found out that it's all normal while recording. 🙂
Step8. Gave up fixing myself
Of course I can just toggle HDR to fix this
(why do I know, because it works and when I drag Pr into Monitor2 it's all normal)
But HDR provides good Quality in Color, and I love it.
Therfore I request help from Adobe. 🙂
Expectation:
I imediate fix program is established and fixing it within a month or less. 🙂
Thanks to all.
p.s Don't let me lose faith or maybe I will film some Video to tell everyone this bug.
