Try creating a new project and importing the old one and see if that helps. If not let us know and I'll come up with some other suggestions

what happens when you double-click on the sequence icon?   You can also right click on it and choose "open in timeline."

have you tried to reset your preferences?    and reset or change your workspace.   Might help if you tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.

I use a xeon kit with an E-5 2666 v3 processor, 1050 TI graphics card, 32 gigs of RAM and I use the latest version of premiere pro

Never easy to. figure these things out remotely unless you approach this in a systematic fashion.  Have you tried the things I suggested?  If they don't help, we can try some other things.    If you need help with the things I suggested, post back and we can go into greater detail.

Does it help if you chose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout (the spanish equivalent of that of course)?

Beyond that, this looks like the GPU just is not playing well with Pr on this system. Can you check to make sure your driver is up to date? You should probably visit Nvidia's website yourself to make sure you're updating to the right thing, but the latest studio driver is here, which might help...
