How do I reinstall Premiere Pro CC 2018 on Windows 7 PC?

For various reasons I'm still using Windows 7 on my PC.
I uninstalled Premiere Pro CC 2018, as it was freezing. Inside Creative Cloud app, there is only the option of installing the latest versions from 2020 onwards (which won't work on W7).

Q) How can I reinstall Premiere Pro CC 2018 ?
