Importing audio

Hi, So some of my audio hasn't imported into my premiere pro project. 

Like all the folders are there but they're empty and when i try to drag and drop the files into the project bin in stays empty/ not importing.

Any suggestions??

Try resetting the preferences:
https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-pro/using/reset-preferences.html

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
