Hi there, i have an issue with insta360 plugin. My device is Mac mini 32GB M2...... When i try upload my videos from insta360 pro2 i just have a answer: "Import comleted! Non-2D videos has been skipped." and thats all. I donť have reached video in premiere. My project is still empty. Do you know how i can fix it?
You need to export media files in the Insta 360 program in the Prores 4:2:2 format to preserve the image quality, and only after that, you can add the rendered files to Premiere. For Premiere, you need to install the Reframe 360 plugin to position the camera and control the shooting modes.
