In the latest version (25.6.2), I am encountering a problem with Media Intelligence when used for audio search. I have noticed that the search index fails to update once the number of imported audio files exceeds a certain limit.
Specifically, if I import a large batch of sound effects all at once, the AI search works perfectly. However, if I subsequently import additional files containing audio, these new files are not recognized by Media Intelligence's audio search, even after saving and restarting the project.
This is quite baffling. Why does a massive initial import work, but subsequent imports seem to trigger a restriction that makes new files unsearchable? I intended to use this feature as my primary audio search tool, but this issue is very frustrating—especially since Visual Search does not have this problem at all.
After extensive testing, I’ve concluded that it is impossible to know exactly how many files trigger this limit. Consequently, I am forced to import all audio files in a single batch and avoid adding anything later. If I import files incrementally, the AI eventually fails to recognize them. The only workaround is to clear all assets, re-select multiple folders via the Media Browser for a single bulk import, and restart the software to force the AI search to refresh.
I really need a solution for this issue.
