I have updated my GPU Driver, i have also been through all releated posts and tried all possible fixes avaliable apart from changing to mecury playback engine software engine Gpu accerlation to software only as the option is not avliable to me.

Any help very appreciated cheers

Hi @rebecca_6874,

Hi @rebecca_6874,

Sorry for the frustration, we need a few more details to try to help with the issue, like Premiere Pro version, operating system and hardware specs. Please see, How do I write a bug report?

What kind of media are you working with and is it all on LucidLink as well? Where is your media cache being stored? You can check its location under Preferences > Media Cache > Media Cache Files.

Are you using any plug-ins in this project and is this error showing up with a specific action or type of file?

Also, if you double-click on the error in the Events panel, can you see any additional information?

Hope we can help you soon,
Dani
