Lumetri Scopes panel stays black

I wanted to color correct some clips but my Lumetri Scopes panel stays black.

I already tried to reset and reintall Premiero Pro with no luck.

Does somebody have a solution.

Macbook Pro late 2013 retina model

MacOS Big Sur 11.7.4

What's the GPU and driver for that older Macbook?

The older Macbook retina's uses 2 different GPU's

One is the 

NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M

and the other the 

Intel Iris Pro

I've run into this and discovered that if I go to the edge of the panel with my mouse pointer and use the arrows to re-size the panel that sometimes the scopes will appear.
