Mac Pro 2019 XAVC Playback lag 2 seconds

Hi,

Our from scratch new installed (not updated) Mac OS 12.6.3 Monterey on a

Mac Pro 2019 (cheese grater)
3,2 GHz 16-Core Intel Xeon W;
192 GB 2933 MHz DDR4;
AMD Radeon Pro Vega II 32 GB

with the new Premiere 23.1 has a 2 seconds playback lag in timeline with Sony's XAVC Codec AVC Intra 100mbit 4.2.2 10bit 1080p25 clips when hitting the spacebar. In this case we have a finished f.e. a 25 minutes programm (Timeline render codec is ProRes HQ 422 1080p25).

Playback for ProResHQ 1080p25 clips in the timeline is working with nearly no lag (less 1 sec).

We are using a Blackmagic Design DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G PCI card. Our JVC Monitor is connected trough SDI, audio trough XLR. Same issue when we deactivate Blackmagic output.

Can you Please help us?

We have very similar setup and Still have very poor performance for playback in premiere which is annoying

I know @Kevin-Monahan once said he suspect a bug with this king of footage and those processor but I don't know if any devs are on it.
