MOGRT missing assets after a day of inactivity

Hello,

I've encountered an issue with MOGRT files in Adobe Premiere Pro on macOS. Here are the details:

  • OS version: macOS 15.2
  • Premiere Pro version: 24.5.0 (build 57)

The imported MOGRT displays correctly upon initial import. However, after leaving the computer idle (turned on) with Premiere Pro running for about a day, there are missing files inside the MOGRT.

When I open the MOGRT's source in After Effects, everything looks fine. The issue occurs on multiple Mac computers, so it's reproducible. Additionally:

  • There are no special characters in the file names.
  • macOS does not have path length limitations as far as I know.

The important point is that the MOGRT works correctly after import but later becomes invalid without any direct interaction.

This is a significant issue as it disrupts workflow. Has anyone experienced this problem or found a solution?

Unfortunately, I couldn't attach the MOGRT file directly, so I've uploaded it to Google Drive for reference:

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @MrMarcus1011034286449ra0i,

Thanks for submitting your bug report.  I'm also curious if it happens with different MOGRTS or just this one.  Also, is it possible to close and reopen Premiere without leaving it open for so long, workflow-wise?

We need a few more details to try to help with the issue. Please see: How do I write a bug report?

Sorry for the frustration and thanks for reaching out.

I want to highlight that the issue occurs specifically after the computer has been left on with Premiere Pro running for an extended period (around 24 hours).

If anyone is willing to reproduce this problem using the attached file, please note that it requires a significant amount of waiting time.
