Mouse glitching when editing keyframes

This is what is going on:
I put a keyframe and change the value of the keyframe by clicking and dragging my mouse. When I move my mouse slowly, the value won't change so I have to move the mouse fast so that the value changes. I basically need to drag the mouse some amount to the side to make the value change. When I click and drag the mouse slowly, the values start to change after the mouse travels like 3cm. And since this takes quite some time, I drag the mouse quickly to one side so that the values start to change almost immediately and so that I don't have to find that sweet spot where it smoothly starts to change values.
However when I move my mouse quickly the value obviously jumps to some "high" number because I didn't do it slowly - smoothly. When I then decide to bring the value down, it jumps again as shown in the video. Like it's teleporting on the values rather than smoothly going down.
This happens when I use both my external mouse and built in trackpad so I don't think it's caused by my mouse.

Hi, when I am editing values that are not keyframed, the problem doesn't occur. It only seems to be happening when I have multiple keyframes and when I am changing their values.

I tried this on transform effect as well. The "mouse glitching problem" happens when editing keyframes of "Scale" "Skew" "Opacity." Other sections such as "Rotation" or "Position" work fine.

I am using Premiere Pro version 24.3.0 however this problem occured in some of the newer versions as well.
My operating system is MacOS Sequoia 15.2 (I had the problem even in older OS).
System info: Macbook Pro M3 Pro
CPU - (Apple Silicone) 12 Cores
GPU - (Apple Silicone) 18 Cores
RAM - 18GB
SSD - Internal 1 TB

This issue happens when I edit values of keyframes in both horizontal videos and vertical videos, so I don't think it's a problem of resolution. I will upload screenshots of sequence settings that I worked in and this problem occured in.

In Windows Control Panel, open 'Mouse'

On the Pointer Options tab, unclick Enhance pointer precision.

Give that a try.
