Multiple Clip Gain inconsistent + pen tool gain

I have since the latest V.24  noticed increased issues with audio. When trying to reduce mulitple clips gain, by negative values, the clip instead is louder. In addition, the pen tool has somehow become less consistent in adjustments, it's become harder to get the right value to reduce audio. 

Finally once clips are labeled for essential audio as dialog, any changes to them seem to be inconsistent with gain changes.

I have tried replicating this and nothing obvious seems to be wrong for me.  Of the 4 options in the Clip Gain dialog, which option are you using?  Is there anything else about your project that might be causing this?  If you could, a quick video showing the issue will be incredibly helpful in determining if there is a bug here or not.
