NO APARECE PANEL DE EFFECT CONTROL AL SELECCIONAR SUBTITULOS

al seleccionar mis subtitulos el panel de effect control no me aparece. pero al seleccionar mi video si aparece. no puedo agregar effectos tampoco a mis subtitulos!! que paso! tengo version 25.1.0
