No Dialogue Found after 10 mins of transcribing, MP4

Hi, after 10 minutes of transcribing, I get the "No Dialogue Found" in the newest Premiere Pro version. What am I doing wrong?  Screenshots are below. I am retrying for the 5th time. The vid is mp4, 1h20min long. I am a complete beginner. Thanks!

Have you tried clicking the three dots and selecting "generate static transcript" and then make sure your audio analysis is set to "mix" or "track 1"
