OMF Export not working in Premiere Pro 25.2

OMF export doesn't save properly.  Media is not saved and contain errors. 

OMF export from audition is fine, but Premiere is broken.

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums and sorry you're experienceing issues. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue. What operating system and version are you on? Please see, How do I write a bug report? 

What OMF settings are you selecting? Is this happening with "Embeded Audio" and "Trim Audio Files"? Have you tried changing your OMF export settings to see if it works better or an AAF?
