Overexposure during export

I have a problem with the picture when exporting videos. When editing on the futazh, the color looks great, but after compilation the image looks overlit, super bright, as if I increased all the brightness and color values by 100%.
When exporting, be it video with additional layer with color correction or without it at all - after exporting the picture is spoiled.

You just need to take care of color management.

That clip is clearly an HDR, probably HLG from a phone. In the Project panel, select one or more such clips, right-click/Modify/Interpret Footage, set the Override-To option to Rec.709.

Now back in the sequence, make sure the sequence settings working color space is set to Rec.709, and redo any color corrections.

For export use ONLY presets that do not have HLG or PQ in the presets.
